Thank you for shopping with the Prankton Soccer Club Team Store. We appreciate your support of our club. Please review our shipping policy below for information regarding order processing, delivery, and shipping procedures.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days after payment has been successfully received, unless otherwise noted on the product page.

Customized items, including jerseys with player names or numbers, may require additional production time. Customers will be notified if there are any significant delays.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

• U.S. Virgin Islands

• United States

• Puerto Rico

International shipping may be available upon request. Please contact us before placing your order for availability and shipping rates.

Shipping Methods

Shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout based on your delivery location.

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

• Delivery destination

• Package weight

• Package dimensions

• Selected shipping method

Any applicable taxes or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available for select orders.

When available, customers may choose to collect their order at a designated Prankton Soccer Club location or event. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Please bring a valid photo ID when collecting your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information, when available.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Prankton Soccer Club is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges before the order can be resent.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Please include:

• Your order number

• Photos of any damaged items (if applicable)

• A description of the issue

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Pre-Orders & Team Merchandise

Certain products, including official club apparel, uniforms, and limited-edition merchandise, may be offered on a pre-order basis.

Estimated production and shipping timelines will be provided on the product page. Orders containing pre-order items may ship together once all items become available unless otherwise stated.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver orders promptly, Prankton Soccer Club cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, customs processing, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
