Customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued for purchases made through the Prankton Soccer Club Team Store.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved when:

• A returned item meets the requirements outlined in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

• An item is out of stock and cannot be fulfilled.

• An order is cancelled before it has been processed or customized.

• A product is determined to be defective.

Non-Refundable Purchases

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Customized or personalized products.

• Team uniforms produced specifically for a player.

• Shipping charges (unless the error was ours).

• Gift cards.

• Final sale items.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.

Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before production or shipping begins.

Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
