Eligibility for Returns

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they:

• Are unused and unworn.

• Are in their original condition with tags and packaging.

• Are accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or incorrect:

• Customized or personalized jerseys and apparel.

• Team uniforms ordered specifically for a player.

• Clearance or final sale items.

• Gift cards.

• Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration.

Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges for size or manufacturing defects, subject to product availability.

If the requested size is unavailable, customers may choose an alternative item or receive store credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@pranktonsoccerclub.com with:

• Your order number

• Photos of the item

• A brief description of the issue

We will work quickly to resolve the matter at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Prankton Soccer Club is not responsible for lost return shipments.
