By registering with Prankton Soccer Club ("PSC"), the player and, if the player is under 18 years of age, the parent or legal guardian acknowledge and agree to the following:

Registration

Registration is not considered complete until:

• All required forms have been submitted.

• Required documentation has been uploaded.

• Applicable registration fees have been paid or an approved payment arrangement is in place.

Submission of a registration does not guarantee placement on a specific team, roster, or playing level.

Player Eligibility

Players must meet all age and eligibility requirements established by Prankton Soccer Club, the U.S. Virgin Islands Soccer Federation (USVISF), CONCACAF, and FIFA.

PSC reserves the right to verify player eligibility at any time.

Fees

Registration fees help support coaching, equipment, facility use, administration, insurance, and club operations.

Unless otherwise stated, registration fees are non-refundable except as outlined in the Club Refund Policy.

Attendance

Players are expected to attend scheduled training sessions, matches, and club events regularly. Consistent attendance supports individual and team development.

Club Policies

All players and parents agree to comply with:

• Club Rules and Regulations

• Player Code of Conduct

• Parent Code of Conduct

• Coach Code of Conduct

• Safety Policies

• USVISF Rules and Regulations

Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action, suspension, or removal from the club.

Policy Updates

Prankton Soccer Club reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions as necessary. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any revised policies.
